How do I set dynamic / live wallpapers on Android?
Long-press the home screen → Wallpapers → Live Wallpapers. Pixel ships several; Samsung's Good Lock + LockStar adds more. For arbitrary live wallpapers install Video Live Wallpaper from Play Store.
